Official energy-only 4-7 PM weekday plan confirms seasonal base prices, winter 10 AM-3 PM super-off-peak, and holiday exceptions.

- Published summer base energy rates are $0.34396 peak and $0.12345 off-peak.
- Winter base energy rates are $0.32543 peak, $0.12351 off-peak and $0.03495 super-off-peak. Adjustors, taxes and solar grid-access charges are additional.
Worked billing example and limitations
At published base energy prices, shifting 100 summer weekday kWh from peak to off-peak changes the energy component by $22.051. This excludes adjustors, access charges and taxes; it is not a total-bill forecast.

Turn APS billing rules into a better solar estimate
Start with your last 12 months of kWh usage, then compare the quote's production against that load. Next, separate energy used in the home from energy exported to Arizona Public Service. Export value should follow the account's tariff, service date, and rate schedule, not a generic retail-rate assumption.
